Tasting Notes:

Light golden color with a nose of mineral, lime, honey.  Medium body with some stand-up character and bright acidity the palate mirrors the nose with limey citrus flavor leading the
way.  A nice change up with a bit more muscle from its American counterparts. 

This was one of John & Jason's Dad's favorites.  We always have a few bottle laying around the back of the cellar.  Even "loosing" a them for a few years at a time.  Amazing that a white can stand up to 5-6 years in the bottle and still hold it's own.
