Tasting Notes:
A great summer-time wine and a favorite of the FatGuys when the mercury is on the rise.
Dry, with medium body, the grassy, lime and grapefruit notes come through. The finish has a crisp acidity. Very refreshing with a long finish. A great pairing for Ceviche and other Latin inspired dishes. 2012 is the most recent vintage tasted. Fatguys have never been disappointed with a bottle of this wine, regardless of the year.
